My new favorite breakfast comes from Guapo Comics & Coffee.... yep, it's actually a comic book store that also serves coffee drinks & sandwiches!

Peanut butter banana waffle sandwich
Pretty self explanatory, but here's the recipe:
2 waffles toasted
smear peanut butter on top of one waffle
add sliced banana
top with other waffle and there you have it
